Here's my latest creation, a Dr. Manhattan hat for a friend. It will strike fear into the heart of our enemies.

Hat was knit top down, using my patent-pending increase-each-row-til-it-fits method. Size 5 needles, with 3s for the ribbing using Plymouth Encore. The atom was double knit over the top using some chenille I had lying around. I never would have chosen it, but it worked out pretty nice. Finally, a use for chenille!
Here's the chart for the symbol. I"m sure it could be knit into the hat, if wanted.
